The new self check-in screen has arrived and is up and running. So avoid the queue and try it out when arriving for an appointment. It is simple to use but please ask at reception if you need any help

Patient Participation Group

 Thanks to all those who signed up to our Patient Group. We are currently running this year's major patient questionnaire and will share the results in mid-october. Please look out for further information in the "Latest News" section. We always welcome new members so please go to the Patient Group page if you would like to join.

Test Results

You can obtain your test results in several ways:

1) Ring the surgery on 01274 223118 from 10:30am.

2) Check your results online:

If you are signed up to systmonline or the NHS App you can view your results there.

Register for the NHS App

If you would like register for the NHS app, then you can download it from the Android Playstore or the Apple appstore. Alternatively you can login online by clicking here

3) Receive the results via SMS

If you have consented to receiving SMS messages, then the clinicians may also send you the result and additional information to your phone.


Please note:

The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

When you take your test you will be told how long it will be before the results are returned to the practice.

It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if your are advised to do so.
